Capital Property Solution (CPS) is a dynamic Sydney based property development company that focuses on the development of retirement villages and new residential buildings. CPS is built on experience, integrity, practicality, efficiency and healthy returns, and is committed to provide quality-made properties in prime locations. CPS is helmed by Yeong Suh who has 18 years of property experience in Australia, has nurtured major projects from inception and acquisition through to design, approvals, funding approvals, and development. Yeong is dedicated to driving each aspect of each project towards success. Quite simply, Yeong understands property. She knows how to capitalise on its potential and maximize investments. Her extensive property experience, hands-on approach to developments and drive for successive make for a powerful combination that allows her to locate realistic opportunities for attractive returns. Furthermore, Yeong is committed to giving back to the Australian community and believes in taking real steps to find ways to improve the lifestyle of Australians, particularly older Australians.
